We collect only the information needed to respond, review an application, manage a registration, or operate an approved program.

Privacy commitments

  • Private submissions are limited to authorized staff and the person who submitted them when signed in.
  • We do not collect Social Security numbers, identification documents, exact birthdates, payment-card information, or background-check details in general forms.
  • Youth contact details, school information, schedules, consent records, and family records are never public.
  • We do not publish youth recognition without documented guardian permission and administrator approval.
