  • Treat youth, families, volunteers, staff, and neighbors with dignity.
  • Protect confidential information and follow youth-safety requirements.
  • Never harass, exploit, threaten, discriminate, or use a position of trust for personal gain.
  • Report safety concerns through the appropriate staff path.
  • Follow role-specific screening, training, and supervision requirements.
